Got a few today in the Groundspeak series. What a climb to the Lookout!

It’s been a longtime in the planning. ScrabbleDogs & I found this series to have everything geocaching has to offer, different terrains rating, short and long hikes, 4×4, 500′ Mt. climb, different container types. This may not be for everyone but I think it will to most. SWAG mostly are kids stuff they wish to trade. I think most of us don’t really count on the SWAG for pursuing a find. I wish we were able to provide more SWAG but the recession affected us as well. It’s the adventure of the find that most of us shoot for. Even so, some of the containers make it great to place in this kind of landscape. Enjoy your time out here. Go caching!

We started trekking the series today – got 14 found before our bodies told us it was time to stop (we had already hiked to RHINO’s “Kings Chair” earlier (about 4 miles) so we started out a bit tired)! Awesome area to hike in with great views. Seemed like we had the area to ourselves, except for a few dirt bike riders. Probably won’t be that way on the weekend! Thanks again guys for a great caching experience!!
